1 - loaf French baguette bread
2 - sticks butter
10 - cloves garlic, minced
3 - tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 - tsp Cat Daddy Spice
1 - tsp salt
4 - tbsp freshly grated Reggiano Parmesan cheese
1.Preheat oven to 350-degrees.
2.Combine the butter, garlic, parsley, Cat Daddy Spice, and salt in a microwave-safe bowl, place in microwave for 3 minutes on high.
3.Slice the French bread at a 45-degree angle. Slack out onto a sheet tray.
4.Grab your pastry brush and liberally coat the crostini, then place into the oven for 8 minutes. Start checking the crostini. You are looking for golden brown, slightly dark edges.
5.Remove from oven and sprinkle the Reggiano Parmesan cheese liberally over the hot crostini so the cheese will stick. Set crostini aside to cool. Finito!
4 large Beefsteak tomatoes, diced
6 large cloves Garlic, minced
2 tbsp Fresh Basil, sliced into ribbons (chiffonade)
2 tbsp Olive oil
1-1/2 tsp Cat Daddy Spice
Salt/pepper to taste
1.Chop the tomatoes, garlic, and basil. Add olive oil, Cat Daddy Spice and salt/pepper to taste. Refrigerate for 1+hours to marinate.
2.Top each crostini with a spoonful of tomato mixture and serve on a platter.
Serving Suggestion : Leave the bruschetta mixture in the bowl and place it on a platter with the crostini arranged around it.
